Here is some basic additional information you need to know about the Tama Waterfall Trek. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. You can find the contact form at the bottom of the page.

FOR WHOM IS TAMA WATERFALL TREK SUITABLE
- The hike to Tama Waterfall takes about 45 minutes to one hour and is mostly slightly uphill, with a few steeper climbs. Anyone in normal physical condition can do it. However, we recommend considering this trek carefully for those who are not used to a hot and humid climate and whose health could deteriorate rapidly in such an environment (e.g., people with heart problems). Our guide is licensed and trained not only for treks but also for emergencies, so you’re in good hands. It’s important to note, however, that the remoteness of the waterfall makes immediate medical attention impossible to arrange.
